Privacy Policy

Satisfied Studio ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and the rights you have under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

1. What we collect

When you send a project brief, we receive the information you enter: your name, email and phone number (required), and optionally your project type, location, area, scope of work, budget, timeline, inspiration notes and reference links. We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and the site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

2. Why we use it

Only to review your project, contact you about it, and prepare a proposal or quotation. The legal basis is your consent and the steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

3. Who processes it

Your brief is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms (a form delivery service). The website is hosted on Cloudflare, and website content is managed with Sanity. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside Thailand under their own security and privacy terms.

4. How long we keep it

We keep briefs for as long as needed to discuss and carry out your project, and no longer than 2 years after our last contact if no project goes ahead, after which we delete them.

5. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw your consent, or object to its use at any time. You also have the right to complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
