Not just one that looks good.
15 years of design that starts with listening, not with style.
Design begins with understanding how a space needs to work, then deciding how it should look.
Founded in 2021 by Vincent, an architect with over 15 years across residential, commercial and hospitality projects in Bangkok. His career began in 2010 at Sansiri on condominium development, then continued at Preen Studio and Tandem Architects, from design coordination to project architect.

While most of our past work has come through referrals, we're open to working with new clients directly. If you have a project in mind, reach out through our contact form; we'd love to hear about it.
Both. Renovation and refit work is one of our core services; we're just as comfortable reworking an existing space as designing something from scratch.
We're based in Bangkok and most of our work is concentrated here, but we're open to discussing projects elsewhere in Thailand depending on scope. Get in touch and we can talk specifics.
We review your brief and reach out to schedule an initial conversation; usually within a few days. From there, we talk through your goals, constraints, and timeline before any design work begins.
We stay involved beyond the drawings. Site inspection and construction coordination are part of how we work, so the design holds up through to handover; not just on paper.
