An existing two-storey building reworked as a neighbourhood Japanese bakery. A clean white shell, timber window frames and an arched entrance give the shop a calm street presence, with the bread display set into the facade. Inside, exposed beams, polished concrete and solid timber furniture keep the focus on the bakes, and a small garden with a water basin and ema board completes the experience.
